well I really have come to the end of my teather, my latest client has told me that he wants me to host his website somewhere else, which means that Ive lost out bigtime now.

Its now 4 or 5 days since things should have been back to normal, Im afraid that I could never consider hosting future clients websites here.

UKShane, I have sent several emails to support over the last few days which have all been ignored, how am I supposed to get this resolved?

Wayhay and now livechat have cut me off. how am I supposed to resolve the issue whan I cant even contact them!

My Asp.NET pages are not working again. Also, my webmail has still not come online.

The sooner the better - on one of my email accounts i get around 20-40 important emails today... looks like im likely to be swamped with work this weekend, if email is back up and running by then! I think perhaps it might be an idea to inform live support to tell people that they are aware of the problem and that it is in the process of being resolved - perhaps even have the curtesy to send an email to all potential clients effected, although so saying if email doesnt work... lol

And what about the other problems I have been experiencing? Im fed up of sending emails that dont get answered, how am I supposed to open up a propper channel of communication with you guys?

can you please get a member of yur support team to reply to my emails? I have many problems that need fixing, and communicating via this forum is starting to get on my nerves.

1 Years credit has already been added to your account. If you don't need that then you can open a ticket for our billing department through our helpdesk http://support.eukhost.com

Our VPS department and Windows System Admins are working together to clear out pending tickets and problems. We are chaging application pool of all accounts on the server from default application pool to individual application pool.

I will repeat once again that this thread is a point of communication between you and our sales team. Our System admins work through our helpdesk only and you can open ticket for our vps department for priority support. They are resolving windows problems as well for this week and our system admins in vps department are highly experienced Engineers.

General support queue is full of tickets as of now so response time would be slow untill we fix the application pool and other minor problems.

We have successfully setup 2 new Windows Servers with Hosting Controller Control panel in our London based data center and so far everything looks perfect. There have been no errors in the control panel so far no matter what invalid steps we follow.

RebuildExpress has been successfully setup and the scheduler would be making a daily backup as well as a weekly backup of all the data on the server.

If you wish to move your account to the new servers then all that you need to do is open a ticket on our help desk from http://support.eukhost.com and we will proceed with setup of your account on the new servers. Transfer assistance wont be offered for this migration and we will only provide you with login details of control panel and FTP.

Resellers will like all the features of hosting controller as they will get a free internal help desk to manage tickets of customers, auto sign up configuration, auto account activation, auto domain registration and multiple payment gateway support would be available for no additional cost.
