OS reload on hsphere.specialservers.com

Last night we had some problems with hsphere.specialservers.com as one of the important library on the server got damaged and the only option to get the server back in normal state was to reload the OS.

All services are down on the server right now and DNS / control panel service for all the customers on win.specialservers.com is also down coz of OS reload on hsphere.specialservers.com. It will take close to 3 hours more for OS reload and data restore and all services on hsphere.specialservers.com as well as win.specialservers.com are expected to start working by 1 PM GMT ( 18th August 2006 )

Dear Customers,

This has been very frustrating OS reload for us as we needed licence verification after Installation of Hsphere on the server and Psoft.net ( makers of hsphere control panel ) have been inefficient to provide any help in last 12 hours. we've given up waiting for their reply as they didnt answer any of our calls nor did they respond to tickets opened with them.

We've decided to Reload the server with Plesk Windows and we will proceed with migration of data once thats done. I apologise for this downtime but we have good experience of Hsphere now and in future we will never consider psoft.

All customers on this server will be given compensation of 1 months service.
