This is absolute bullshit, how long have you known about this problem now? It seems youve waited until you absolutley HAD to do something. A little bit of pro active thinking wouldnt go a miss!

Hi, excuse my ignorence but although my e-mail & ftp is now working, my website hostings are still not showing.

Also just to clarify, is this still the same puma server, or has the changeover to the new server taken place?

Trouble is Nick, is that most of our patience is severely running dry, especially when it's a daily occurrence

How many hours was it down for in total just now ?

From your comments, you are still using Puma, even though that's the one that's been causing us all the problems ? ?

Puma was down for approximately 80 minutes. We are moving the server today. The new server would be an Intel E5420 processor with 12GB RAM & RAID I. I will be giving the details in a separate thread.

I totally agree with the above. This is absolutely unacceptable. For god's sake, we've got business resting here. I can well imagine if you've got 10, 20, 30 client's website hostings on here, then the phone'd be ringing off the hook, and I havent managed to get any work done today at all. One and a half hours wasted.

Edit: Typed this without seeing the above post. (We posted simultaneously). Thankyou for moving the server. Out of interests, how many domains are hosted on Puma anyway?

Ours were down for at least 2 and half hours, so not sure where that figure came from. Wonder how long others website hostings were down for just now ?

When you move the sites to other servers, can you be sure that nothing is lost from the previous servers like emails, cronjobs, autoresponders etc, etc

There will be no loss of data during the migration. This is being handled by our top admin team.
