Dear Customers,

One of our VPS node has had a problem and is temporarily down. We don't have an ETA yet, our Data Center engineers are looking into it and trying to get the node back up asap.

If your VPS IP range is 217.112.82.xx, your VPS is hosted on that particular node and will be down for a while. This thread will be updated once we have an update on this problem.

Inconvenience caused is regretted. We request you to bear with us during this while.

Our data center engineers managed to get the VPS node back up online last night itself. Please do not hesitate to contact our VPS support team in case anyone is facing any problem with their VPS.
