Automated submissions tool may not be much helpful for your website hosting as far as Search Engine Optimization is concerned. If you're thinking of something that automatically submits your website hosting to search engines then it's pretty useless. The search engines will find your website hosting and submitting to them really isn't going to help.

You really can't submit automatically to directories since most have slightly different forms to fill out. You'd also want to make modifications to the title and description you submit to each directory depending on what kind of directory each is.
