Q.How do I upload my site made with Dreamweaver ?

Ans :- We will provide you with the FTP login once you signup. You can use those details to upload your website. Make sure that you upload your contents inside the public_html directory once you signup and connect using FTP login information. In the case of you using a Windows Hosting package, you will need to upload your web contents inside the www directory.

For an FTP connection through browser you will need to put following URL in the browser :-

For IP based connection the URL would be :-

Q. Q. How is the space for MS SQL database divided? Can I get more MS SQL database space than the limit on shared hosting plans?

Ans. The size of MS SQL database space is divided into log file + data file. For example, if database space is 300 MB that is 150 MB data file plus 150MB log file.

The Disk space limit on each hosting plan includes your web space, email space as well as database space. You will need to upgrade your hosting plan to next better plan if you need more space for databases, e-mail accounts or web quota.

Q. If my bandwidth is exceeded, will my account be suspended?

Ans. Yes. Your website will be suspended until the account is upgraded to a hosting plan with a greater quota limit. Our Server will send automated notifications a couple of times after you cross 80% of the alloted bandwidth. If you ignore those notifications then your account will be suspended by the server.

Q. What happens if an MS SQL database space exceeds the limit, will the account be suspended or will the hosted application using database will work with errors?

Ans. Your account won’t be suspended. You might get some errors on the URL that might be using MSSQL databases. And you will also get notifications on your email address about the disk space limits exceeded.

If you have a .co.uk domain name then you will need to ask your existing registrar/hosting company to retag your domain name and point the IPS Tags to “ENOM“. We will accept your domain name in our registry once the IPS tags point to our Tag.

Q. Under the platinum package, what is the size of mailbox, and what can be the maximum size of the email attachment?

Ans. You can setup mailboxes of unlimited quota as the actual filled data would be considered as your usage and it makes no difference what quota you assign while adding the mailboxes. If you fill up your single mailbox with 400Mb emails then you will exceed the quota assigned to your account. The maximum file size in an attachment is limited to 50MB.
