Q. How do you deal with frontpage extension problems?
Ans :- The latest Frontpage RPM package does conflict with the latest versions of cPanel, causing Frontpage extensions to stop working correctly. Frontpage uses an author.exe script, which occasionally overloads the server. Frontpage extensions will crash when the server automatically kills the author.exe process, to reduce the server load. We don’t have any problem with author.exe overloading on any of our servers as all of our new servers are Dual Quad Core Xeons with 12 GB RAM and 2x2x6 MB cache. CPU cache is one of the most important factors in load management on our servers.
