Do I have to pay any fees for my hosting plan upgrade?
Q. Do I have to pay for any changes or upgrades to my hosting service?
Ans. It usually depends upon the type of the upgrade you wish to make, your current hosting plan and the hosting plan you wish to upgrade to.
For instance:-
* If you are on Linux Copper hosting plan and you wish to upgrade to Linux Bronze hosting plan, there won’t be any plan upgrade fees involved. You will only need to pay the price difference between the hosting plans for an upgrade.
* If you are using a dedicated server and you wish to upgrade a hardware component such as RAM or Hard Disk on the server, a one time setup fee will be levied apart from the additional monthly fees for that particular hardware component.
You can upgrade or downgrade your Web Hosting services at any time by paying the applicable fees/charges wherever necessary. For additional bandwidth or disk space on Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting and VPS Hosting you will have to opt for plan upgrade by only paying the price difference between the two plans.
