Q : I want to transfer my site from another company and want to host it at your server. What do I have to do?

Ans. If you have a UK TLD domain then you need to ask your current domain registrar to change the IPS tags of your domain name and make them point to “EUKHOST”. Once the IPS tag is changed to “EUKHOST” then you only need to signup for hosting services from our website and select the option “Transfer my domain name“. We will accept your domain name in our account once it is retagged.

If you have a global TLD domain like .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info then you can simply proceed to order page of the web hosting package of your choice and select the option “Transfer my Existing domain”. Once you complete the order process you need to contact your current domain registrar and ask them for the EPP code/Authorization key and provide us.The EPP code/Authorization key is now-a-days needed to transfer the global TLD domains. We will initiate a domain transfer request for your domain after receiving the EPP code/Authorization key and you need to ask your current domain registrar to accept and approve the domain transfer request. Once the domain transfer request is accepted and approved the domain name will be transferred under our registry in the next 24 – 72 hours.
