Ans. We provide KVM over IP for remote access in case of network problems for servers. As we offer fully managed servers so you may not need KVM unless you have some specifc work to do.

Q. What happens if you have a problem with one of your carriers?

Ans. in such a scenario, traffic is automatically routed from another route.

Q. What bandwidth carriers do you use and what speed do you have with each?

Q. Will my server internet connection be shared? Can I be connected directly to the backbone connection where it is not shared?

Ans. Your server Internet connection won’t be shared if you choose dedicated 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps or 1000 Mbps port.

You can be connected to the backbone connection directly if you choose dedicated 10 Mbps or 100Mbps option.

Q. Do you guarantee a certain bandwidth speed per second for each server & what is it?

Ans. If you choose server with 3000 GB/5000 GB/10000 GB bandwidth allotments, then it will have a 100 Mbps uplink. We also offer dedicated 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps and 1000 Mbps unmetered bandwidth connections as per the client requirements.

Q. How many servers do you have in your datacenter?

Ans. As of now we have over 2000 servers in our datacenter. Our total usage is below 2 Gbps as of now.

Q. What’s the uplink and network uptime guarantee on your dedicated server plans?

Ans. Our Dedicated Servers are connected on 100 mbps network and you can host upto 1000 dynamic websites on our dedicated servers. Each Server in our datacenter is setup on 100 Mbps, fully-switched port on an edge switch and the main network of our datacenter is on 2 x 10gbps uplink.

Some of our dedicated server customers get more than 50k visitors per day, but this is only possible on a 100 mbps dedicated pipeline.

Q. If my bandwidth is exceeded, will my account be suspended?

Ans. Yes. Your website will be suspended until the account is upgraded to a hosting plan with a greater quota limit. Our Server will send automated notifications a couple of times after you cross 80% of the alloted bandwidth. If you ignore those notifications then your account will be suspended by the server.
