We take every abuse report very seriously and a member of our customer service team will personally review your complaint. We cannot respond to every complaint submitted, but if we need to contact you, please expect a response within 5 working days.
For copyright complaints, we must advise you in the first instance to contact the person whom you believe to be infringing copyright. If you provide us with a copyright takedown notice, our first action can only be to forward this compliant to the customer in question.
All legal correspondence must be sent to our registered office address. We will not accept legal notices sent to us electonically.
