1 Are there any minimum term contracts with your servers?
There are no long term contracts with any of our services. Because of the cost of setting up and disconnecting servers at the data centre, we require 30 days advance notice to cancel an active dedicated server. For full details please refer to our SLA.
2 Do you offer a 30 day money back guarantee with dedicated servers?
Dedicated servers are exempt from our money back guarantee because of the cost of setting up and disconnecting servers. Refunds will only be provided where we are legally required to do so (e.g. in accordance with your statutory rights).
3 Will I be charged anything if I need to contact you for support?
We do not charge anything covered under our SLA. Should you need to contact us, you can reach our support team via live chat or support ticket, 24 hours a day.
4 What experience do I need to own a dedicated server?
Our knowledgeable support team can assist you in setting up and configuring your server after you have placed your order if you do not have the server experience to be able to do this yourself. Our team are available 24 x 7.
5 Will you access our server without first asking us?
Only if absolutely necessary. We understand some customers need total control over their server, so at your request, we can add an instruction on your account requiring our technicians to acquire permission first.
6 Do you provide full root / RDP access with your servers?
All servers come with full root SSH / RDP access. You have full control over your server.
At eUKhost, we prefer only branded hardware from Dell™ and Supermicro®, so that you receive the fastest dedicated servers with genuine hardware. We endeavour to provide affordable, cheap dedicated server hosting and exceptional quality that does not cost the earth.
We offer monthly, quarterly and annual contract periods on all servers with 24 x 7 e-mail, live chat and phone support included as standard. A choice of operating system is also available, along with our popular unmetered bandwidth option.
Our UK based servers are located in a secure tier 4 data centre and are monitored 24 x 7 by our experienced technicians and data centre engineers. Our data centre is temperature controlled to ensure that your dedicated server is always running at optimum levels. All of our servers are purchased and configured with reliability and performance in mind.
