Agree with Paul. It shouldn't been too much of a problem in this country with our healthcare system. I've had my jabs to protect me from it now!

They give a false sense of safety. Its already been proven that to be effective the people that need to wear the masks are the people who have contracted Swine flu not, I repeat NOT people trying to avoid catching it!David Smith

hey,
sorry to hear, but keep hope you recover from these problems very fast. but this seems to very undesirable situation where both problems are directly or indirectly attached to each other.
My two friends who also struggle with their weight are in the same boat - depression + weight issues. It can be a really bad cycle. Neither of them has had any real luck getting out of it. It is good to have someone who understands, but I feel like none of us has solved the puzzle yet to offer anything but condolences. Glad to have someone on NF who understands as well!
I should also add that I'm vegetarian (I like almost literally all vegetables and fruits though, which helps) and I don't think I really eat that unhealthily, regularly, but I tend to go a week or two and then sort of say forget this and eat not so great for 24 hours and then straighten up again.
