Rumor has it that that's the case but I think youre hoping for too much lol

The more I use it the more I like it, definitely a natural upgrade from W7, firmly placing W8 in the Vista category.

[Yeah I know, but it actually runs smooth. There are some bugs and I have reported them. I wont be disappointed if BF4 doesnt run on it as I have W7 for that already. I'm just pushing it the same way I do my desktop.

I've tried FIFA 15 tonight and it runs really smooth. Battlefield to test tomorrow =)

Don't forget you are using the equivalent of Alpha software .

I am very interested to see how she does with games. FIFA 15 froze on my W7 machine which is an EA bug. With this clean install I intend to test tonight. If it works I will buy the game again.

I know, I threw up in my mouth as I typed it! I guess after Windows 8 you would be happy with pretty much anything. It has its quickrs, some good some bad. Ill continue to use it stock through the weekend then ad legitimate music players as I really do hate their Music app.[/QUOTE]

I'll be interested to see how it goes .

Did I just witness Brian praising Windows? *rubs eyes*

I wish I could say the same about OS X Yosemite. I gave it a try during the weekend last week and I didn't like it much from the time I used it...

So I am dual booting with W7 and I know you guys will be shocked to hear me say something positive about M$ but I kinda like it. Its a much better user experience than W8 and 8.1. Yeah some things are funky and ill take getting used to but I am not complaining a whole lot too. Pro's are boot to desktop and the Start menu looks good, mix of old with the new tiles. Cons so far are Music is brutal, sign into XBox for a better experience, no thanks! Ive only tested with basic browsing and tinkering so far but its not too shabby. Ill load origin and Steam on tomorrow and see how it runs.

Still not going to use IE, Pale Moon was my first install =)

I just noticed in sound mixer there is no option to higher and lower the volume from music independently.

    Hi Irene,

Microsoft is increasing its database by asking people to register for a windows 10 program and one biggest advantage is the email account of all users, which will help them to send direct updates and other mails to the user. I am completely agree with the American IT department because it is not worth to submit all the data online.

Windows 2000 supplemented by XP (For gaming) and Suse for everything else. I hated XP. I never actually did any work on the XP end just games. All else was doable in Suse and 2k Pro.

In all sense Windows 10 is a total mixture of Windows 7 and Windows 8. They have tried hard to avoid all the mistakes they have done with Windows 8 which was mostly designed for tablets.Come back XP please - it does all normal people want.
I hated XP and used Windows 2000 for everything (except a handful of games) until W7 came out =) I found XP too flowery for me, by W7 I had to bite the bullet and deal with the chest pains with every silly fade affect etc that happened
