I have no link to pay my invoices in my Client Area????

I have logged into my Client area using 3 different browsers and the usual clickable link which allows me to pay the due fees cannot be used? All I have is black text which says 'Pay Here' and it cannot be clicked on? (See screenshot attached). I have two domains which are due to be paid today and I cannot see a way to pay these? Could someone please advise why I've suddenly lost the clickable link within my client area which allows me to pay using that? Rather inconvenient!!

Why are we not able to pay via clickable links in invoices now? Is there a reason for this? Thus far, the response I've had via submitted support #tickets has not been able to resolve my issue. Very unlike EUK, usually I receive a very fast resolution to any issues.

In order to pay the due invoice, kindly select the desired payment gateway from the drop down under “Pay Here” and proceed with the checkout process by clicking on the button appearing below the drop down..
