Can I pay for my web hosting via credit or debit card?

Yes you can, and it’s very easy to set up.

In order to pay for your invoice through your credit or debit card, simply login to your client area and follow the steps below:

  • Click on the magnifying glass icon next to the status of the respective due invoice.

  • When the invoice is displayed, select the payment option “Credit/Debit Card” from the drop down menu at the top right corner of the invoice and click.

  • Once you click on you will be redirected to a form which requires information as shown in the below image. Make sure to fill in the correct information in order to avoid a declined transaction.

Note: It will display your current address and contact details. If they have not changed, you can leave them as is and continue to the next step.

  • Select the appropriate card option:

Select “Use Existing Card” if you already have a registered a card with us, then scroll down and just hit

Select “New Card” if you would like to pay using a new card. Fill in the information as you can see on your screen shown below:

Please note: You do not need to fill in the “Issue Number” and “Start Date” unless you have an add-on card under your primary card.

Once the above information is filled in, simply hit and you will be redirected to the payment processing provider. Once payment is completed, the invoice will be set as Paid.

Please note: Whenever you opt to pay using a new card or have updated your existing card details, the first transaction always has to be made by the customer from their client area as our billing system will not send the request to the payment processing provider.
