    Hello Team,

    Could you please help me with the billing term you offer and also are there any contracts if opted for higher billing term.

    Hi Jesse,

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    The only product line where a minimum contract period applies are our dedicated servers. All other services, including shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS hosting and cloud hosting, have no minimum term contracts: you can cancel at any time. For our dedicated servers, we simply require one months' advance notice if you intend to cancel.

      Hi Jesse,

      We do contracts only when multiple dedicated servers or a complete private cloud setup is requested by a customer. the packages which are listed on our website have standard billing policies and there are no signed contracts required for the listed packages.
