    Do you accept Paypal?

I was just wondering if you accept payments via Paypal? And if so, is it possible to set it up to be automatically deducted monthly?

    Re: Do you accept Paypal?

    Hello,

We accept payments via PayPal. You can process a one time payment or setup a recurring payment for the renewal of your service.

Once you receive the invoice, please login to the client area and click on "Billing" >> Manage Invoices >> Select PayPal as the mode of payment. You will find two options, "PayPal Checkout" and "PayPal Subscribe".

PayPal Checkout refers to one time payment. If you wish to setup a recurring payment, please click on "PayPal Subscribe" and process the payment through your PayPal account.

Please be advised that once the invoice surpasses the due date, you won't be able to setup a recurring payment for the service. Furthermore, you cannot setup a recurring payment for addons or domain names.

    Regards,

        Hi Kevin,

        You're welcome.

It's not possible to setup PayPal Subscription for addons that are placed by the Admin as we link the addon with the main package. This helps the client to identify the addon and the package it relates to. It's possible to setup PayPal Subscription for addons provided the order is placed online from the website.

In regards to the domain names, its not possible to setup the PayPal Subscription. The minimum period for a domain registration or renewal is one year. If a client transfers or cancels the domain in the middle of the year, the subscription would remain in active status and we would receive unnecessary payments. Furthermore, most of the time a client would prefer to setup a recurring payment for the service that is billed on monthly or quarterly billing cycle to avoid logging in to the client area every month or once in three months.

For clients that wish to setup a recurring payment for domains, we have Credit / Debit card (Worldpay) in place that allows the clients to setup a recurring payment for domains as well.

        Regards,
        Adam Smith
