Payment method problem

Hi Admin,
I just wanted to register for your affiliate program but it needs a PayPal account first. The problem is that Paypal does not work here in my country so i use Moneybookers for international/online transactions. Please let me know how can i use your affiliate program if i dont have a PayPal account. Thanks

We have a few customers from Pakistan who make the payment via Paypal for the hosting services and hence accepting affiliate commission via Paypal shouldn't be a problem for you, however, if it is, we will try and look for a an option for the affiliate commission payout.

Unfortunately it won't be possible through Moneybookers. The other option is Cheque payment or Wire Transfer however the minimum payout for these payment methods is £100.00. If you have a hosting account with us, the commission generated through the affiliate program can also be used for renewal of the same.

Can you use Google Checkout in Pakistan? I am actually quite surprised that PayPal is not available there, but Google is popular - maybe that is an option for you?

He can use Google Checkout however for receiving commissions from our affiliate program, affiliates should have a Paypal account where we can send the commission payments to.

We would prefer to send paypal payments but bank transfer or even cheque is also an option with
us providing we receive good amount of orders. We could only issue such transactions if your affiliate threshold passes 100 GBP I hope this clears a little confusion, thank you for your question.

yup quite clear now. Thanks for your time guys. I ll preffer Bank transfer then please guide for marketing tactics because i dont have any website yet. Should i do email marketing, blogs/forum posting etc etc or anything else please? Thanks

You can start a blog and promote the Affiliate program and use other marketing techniques for promotion, however, email marketing is not at all recommended.

You can go through various threads in the Search Engine Optimization section of this forum and learn various techniques of marketing and promotion

You may choose any of the affordable web hosting packages that include cPanel. In there you would get numerous CMS scripts to setup a blog for example WordPress, Joomla, Magento etc. You are not required to pay any extra charge for that, it comes for FREE !!
Having a blog of your own would be a good platform to describe the products and services offered by eUKhost. They should do a petition in Pakistan to ask PayPal to allow transactions. I remember there was a time when PayPal didn't work in Romania (because of several fraud attempts), but now it does because they made a petition in which they explained to the PayPal staff that it is unfair to blacklist a whole country.
