Something wrong with the eukhost affiliate payment calculation??

We had been referring lots of customers to eukhost every month.
Everyday we received notification email for the sales generated.

Sometime ago we were receiving three and even four figures in sales commission. BUT, In the recent few months, what we had been receiving is just a few dollars per month.
This month we only get £31.00 only. When counting back the email notification that we received, this is obviously just a small fraction of it.

1) WHY are we not getting paid?
2) WHY the success rate at the end is just less than 10%
3) Aff system is not informative enough to provide more details on this.
4) IS the payment calculation having error?

There is nothing wrong with the affiliate system. The only cases when commissions are declined is when payment is not received or the referral order is canceled.

cancelation is unavoidable. we can accept that case.

We checking through the email notification once more.
Some transaction appear correctly in aff account, but some isn't.
For example order ID that appear multiple times. First appeared in 13th November and then reappear at 18th twice?

Order Id : 56046
13th Nov - Top Tier Amount: £4.80 GBP
18th Nov - Top Tier Amount: £20.00 GBP
18th Nov - Top Tier Amount: £11.00 GBP

*three sales with the same transaction/order ID again.????
And only one being accepted/appear in aff account. £4.80 GBP

Hi Charles,

I have checked both the billing and the affiliate system. The Order Id 56046 was generated on 13th Nov 2011. The billing system generates a unique order id, it can not be repeated. There is not any repeated entry of order id in billing or the affiliate system. We have received new referral order on 18th and 19th Nov and both is having a new unique order id.

If you have received any email where the same order id is shown with different commission amount then please forward such emails to affiliates @ eukhost.com I will check it.
