    Just a quick thanks to Shawn in Billing. I was away in Lanzarote on business and couldn't log into the client area because our email address has changed and the old domain had expired. He managed to stick my account on hold so no services were interrupted and kindly sorted out new login details in a very efficient way. Such a refreshing change to find helpful people who understand that sometimes payments are late because of circumstances outside our control!

    Yeah - I know we should have updated our contact details BEFORE the domain expired but sometimes things get slipped.

    So thanks to Shawn ... !
