disappointed - what if somethings happend?

I am disappointed client who is with you more that 2 years and have 3 vps one backup and now should have dedicated...

Why?

First off all what kind off support?

My website hits huge load so i get email

I don't know who send it to me human or bot - Please upgrade your plan to higher plan. <- what is that no help about what happened 3 years same website same traffic no problems now load +39 ok lets sell him something...?
And you could just make a suspension info or something on my server so at least my users know what happened but noo!!!

server suspended mean - down - no emails no nothing and about 5h suspension and me smoking one after another ?

Lets buy something maybe then they will be nice to me so I have bought dedicated server yesterday(one month first I'm not stupid) I said over the phone I need that asap because website is down... still waiting while I bought it yesterday even paid for it twice because off hurry :/

So is this really a support?
do they care?

I am feed up with that, I am not having any other Ideas apart from looking for another company

While Im waiting im investigating the problem what happened? why load is so big?
I have few httpd processes in top which are using around 50% I have moved just the database to other vps - same company - now load is ok around 1-2 sometimes is high need to restart httpd wonder how it will look on my dedicated server

Good admin would told me what may cause that kind of problem at least try...
