Spoke to several customer support staff today on a number of issues - nothing major, just needed things explained to me in simple terms and I can't praise the sevice enough. Lightning fast, understanding and not patronising unlike some other places I have experience of.

Well I can second that! I too had several questions on their hosting and a few other things and I have to say that everyone I talked with was very patient with me. (and I can ask a LOT of questions)
