    why I stay with EUKhost for my web hosting

    I had a bad experience with EUKhost the first time I contact their support - it was a nightmare and i nearly cancelled my account straight away. However, ever since I have contacted them they have resolved my issues great. The level of service and the cost continue to amaze me and I am always happy to support a company that is competing with mega corporations and realise that the best way to do this is just to do what they do as well as they can. this is, in my opinion, what EUKhost does well.

    I have just signed up for another domain and increased my hosting package for the second time. Why did I stay with them again? because they just keep getting it right.

    Kudos and thanks again to Adam, who just gave me some great customer service too.

      I agree totally with you, Will. They are probably the best hosting company I have ever dealt with. They are very down to earth and with you every step of the way, unlike those big giant companies. A+ for EUKHOST!

        We sincerely appreciate your feedback. running a hosting business is not easy and working as a support staff in a hosting company is much more difficult. one needs a lot of motivation and brain power to continue as a Server Administrator. such positive feedback from customers like you helps our people and they continue to improve their technical and customer service skills with such comfort shown by customers.

          I too will add to this.

          We have now been with Eukhost for 2 years. We had a bumpy ride in the first 3 months, but Euk strive to keep improving and learning. They also actively listen to customer feedback and act on it. I can see this in developments over the last 2 years.

          We have had a dedicated server for the last 18months and it's filling up fast. Nearly all our web development clients host with us as we offer an extremely high level of service ourselves. We can do this for as long as we know we have a reliable company behind us.

          We know our decision to stay with EUK was the right one.

            Thanks Simon I am sure you will never forget those 3 months. I know how difficult it was to answer your tickets and forum threads when you had joined. Migrations always come up with their own problems, but we keep on improving our migration scripts/policies and now we manage to get it right 95/100 in first attempt. migration problems are mainly due to difference in version of software's on old server and new server. some webpages and databases are dependent on a specific version of php, mysql, mssql, apache and that results in problem with functioning of websites. it takes time to solve such problems, as you are not allowed to install certain old versions of software's on a new operating system. This results in tough time for the support staff who take charge of migration process for respective customers.

            Thanks for continuing with eUKhost I would like to assure you once again, that we will continue to maintain high standards for our support service and we will stick to our slogan of "100% customer satisfaction, guaranteed!"

              We are all continually learning. We are the same with the fast moving pace of website development.

              That 3 months is history now, the problems then were more to do with the vps service than migration. Your recommendation and offer of the dedicated server was the right one.

              I've also seen how you've advanced your vps services into the new cloud systems over the last 18months.

              Keep up the hard work, you're all doing brilliantly and we are proud to be an EUK customer.

                Problems with the Virtuozzo VPS solution helped us to improve our understanding of Virtualization platform and that made us build our owned Cloud Computing platform. We will launch our custom built Cloud Computing platform in next 2 - 3 weeks. We've developed world's first intelligent auto-scaling cloud computing platform and this will be launched soon. I am sure it will impress all our customers.
