    Always excellent assistance

    I've been hosting with EUK for about three years now and have always found their service level to be awesome.

    Not only do they give advice on how to fix a problem, but generally they offer to do it for me while I wait.

    They're always polite and professional.

    As a South African I find EUK's hosting packages to be exceptionally competitive compared to local offerings. Their servers are stable and I've never had an outage.

    The only time I had an outage was due to Microsoft Bing crawling my site excessively. They used 2 gigs of bandwidth in 2 weeks. I could not access my logs or anything, but the consultant helped me out by checking the bandwidth usage. EUK was kind enough to temporarily increase my bandwidth limit by 500megs so that I could edit my robots.txt file. How's that for awesome service?

    I regularly recommend EUK to my friends and customers and have never felt embarrassed or let down by people complaining.

        Rightly said PizzaBoy, we indeed have a vast clientele spanning across almost every other continent than Antarctica . I'm waiting for someone from there to signup :wink: Thank you for your comments on the quality of web hosting services & organisation's popularity, I'm overwhelmed, much appreciated..
