    Wonderful Service

    I simply have to commend the live support team, in particular Jeffrey.

    Let me explain further.

    I'm an extremist, NOT POLITICALLY!
    I'm one of those clients that is either very happy or very upset with things - nothing in between.
    In my estimation I'm very very difficult when things start to go wrong.... My better half says exactly that! Still not sure why she sticks with me.... Must be the looks and a few other things. LOL!

    Anyway, long story short.... They were most helpful with regards to my need, very professional and polite.

    If I were to give Jeffrey, and the team, a score on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the best.
    It simply has to be a 10!!!!

    Nice going guys/gals.

      Well Karen P, I will say this: I know what it is like with customer support and trying to help people online...... I know as in the 90's I owned an ISP which I later sold..... Doing Customer support/service is a headache and a daunting task - This I know!!

      He took the time to make sure that all my requests were handled and addressed, regardless of the time it took and did not 'brush me off' so to speak..... That is service!!
      Trust me you don't get that in many places now a days. Ive dealt with 4 companies over the last 2 years or so online, and other than with yourselves I was mostly un-happy with service!
      So once again, well done, and keep it up! (keeping the standard up is indeed the trick )

          Hey, this reminds me. I think I talked to Jeffrey a few days ago in the chat. It wasn't a big issue; I requested a suggestion about what hosting package I should choose for a website to stream the animation series that I'm creating in Flash.

          Your support guy acted very professional, and in the end I decided to go with a shared cloud package. I'm going to purchase a domain from eUKhost as well... :smile:
