Hi Eukhost team
I was recently working with a clients server who has his servers with Wiredtree in the US, I noticed a little feature they have which i thought would be a great addition to Eukhosts platform and i for one would welcome it.
They basically have the ability to click a link in their WiredTree account ( not WHM or cpanel ) which requests a remote reboot of the server of your choice.
Now i know this can be done via SSH and through WHM but sometimes if a server load is high WHM cant be accessed easily and SSH may not be possible at the time, this results in us having to go to live support or submit a ticket just to ask them to reboot or restart Apache etc
It would be great for example if i was working remotely from and didnt have access to SSH that i could simply login to Eukhost.com and click the link to remote reboot.
On Wiredtree the request takes less than 2 mins to reboot and get everything back online even with high load so it wouldnt only save you guys time answering support requests but would also get client servers back online quickly.
Just a suggestion to make Eukhost better
