    Emergency Ticket QKZ-246-84620

    Sorry for my bad English language.
    But my site is downtime for regular base.
    This is third time for last 8 days.

    Today sites downtime more than 8 hrs.
    I am not satisfied, how support team work.
    And this is not virtual or vps host.

    This is DEDICATED SERVER! for $136/monthly.
    I was Eukhost client for last 5 years.
    But now i think, i must leave to another hosting company.

    I am not so rich, to pay $136/mo for regular downtimes.

    My last message on Emergency Ticket QKZ-246-84620
    today at 23 August 2015 6:39 PM (My local time)

    Never reply for me at this ticket until 8:12 PM
    then i started live chat.

    This is not are normal service.

      Hello Artur,

      As per Ticket ID# QKZ-246-84620, I can see that Raid rebuild process was running on the server and the process have failed and Disk is showing Input/output error now.

      This issue is already being checked with our DC engineers, and it looks like we will need to replace faulty disk on the server and start the Raid Rebuild process again.

      We will post further updated about the progress in the ticket shortly.

        Why you change ticket status from "Emergency" to "Normal" ??????


        I don't see anything normal. My sites not available. My sites is commercial sites,
        and they are in Google Top for some high-ranking keywords. But then googlebot
        discover that sites unavailable, google may lower my search engines positions dramatically. This is the reason why i use dedicated server. This is very important for sites, be always online. And you change my ticket status for NORMAL?????

        First problem i discovered 13 august!!! Your support tell me that all ok.
        +12 hours downtime, this is NORMAL????

          Hello Artur,

          One of our team member while replying to your ticket by mistakenly changed the ticket status to Normal.

          Regarding server down. We have replaced the drive however it's not being picked up by the controller, and hance Raid card have also been swaped some time ago.
          Now disk is being detected but showing File System Error: Either the super block or the partition table are likely to be corrupt.

          Execuing file system check manually have failed too. We are checking this with our Data center Engineers as how this an be fixed on high priority.

              Now they have "new problems" with bios.
              Still downtime....
