Will it be possible that you will host a website from Asia that will have a country's extension domain name? I'm not so sure the terms are but it's something like website.xyz.in, which will be in India.
Is there a big difference between having a country's domain extension and without it?
Looking good.
But I have a question, The latency rate of Pakistan is <150ms and UAE is better, Can you tell me how it happens? and How we can calculate latency rate ?

There are tools available over the web that can tell an approximate latency based on your geolocation and the server. You may use the following url for the same : numion.com/calculators/Distance.html
Be careful with connection to Asia... I visit there a few times a year with a few friends and the internet services there are pretty bad. They are ridiculously expensive and probably some of the slowest net out there.
The speed the people from Asian countries get from European servers is probably a lot better than Europeans get from Asian servers.
To give just an example, it takes me literary about a minute to connect to the website of that Asian antivirus company AhnLab ... and sometimes the connection times out and the site becomes unavailable for hours.
