    Switching my Reseller Hosting

    I am looking to switch my reseller hosting somewhere else and have a few questions regarding.

    Just now the standard package would do, but can I move up and down the packages as required?

    How much are your ssl certs?

    Do you offer dedicated ip addresses per domain?

    Do i manage the ssl or do you?

    You mean SSL Certificates, our SSL starts at £39 GBP per year.

    Do you offer dedicated ip addresses per domain?
    Yes, we do provide Dedicated IP addresses per domain and is charged £2 GBP per IP per month.

    Do i manage the ssl or do you?
    Yes, We will manage the SSL for you.

      do i pay monthly of annually?

      what payment types do you accept? The reason i am asking is that most of the clients pay via paypal now, so its easier for me to pay that way.

      are all the support team in the UK?

      Is eUKhost a large, meduim or small company ? Just need to ensure that my clients website are in good hands.

        So, do i need to provide you the generated SSL code?
        Yes, in order to transfer those SSL on our servers we will require the keys, and you will need a dedicated IP then. You need to ask your exising web host to provide you the keys, and once we get the keys our tech experts will generate one from our server and will install SSL for your domains.

        do i pay monthly of annually?
        You can pay monthly, however, if you go for annual payments, you will get 2 months hosting absolutely FREE, it means you pay only for 10 months.

        what payment types do you accept? The reason i am asking is that most of the clients pay via paypal now, so its easier for me to pay that way.
        We accept Paypal, Moneybokers, Googlecheckout and bank transfer.

        Is all your support team in the UK?
        Yes, our support staff is based in UK only and offers 24/7 customer support via Live chat, email and phone.
