Hosting for video blog ?

I'm very satisfied with the current hosting package I have from eUKhost. I'm going to stick with your company for my future project as well.

I am thinking about making a video blog, that is a website where I'll be uploading self-made videos (recorded by myself). I aiming towards something similar to what people like Ray William Johnson and Shane Dawson are doing, except that instead of YouTube, I'll be hosting and streaming the videos on my own website.

From my calculations, I'll have around 1500 - 2000 unique visitors per month.

What do you advise me to purchase: a VPS, a dedicated or a Cloud package?

I will advise you to purchase a Semidedicated server and when higher package required upgrade it to a Dedicated server.
I am suggesting semidedicated server because when you upgrade from semidedicated server to dedicated server we able to route the IP address same IP to the new server and routing same IP address will provide zero downtime to your sites.

As you are looking forward to run a Video blog, my suggestion would be start with a Cloud Server. It is possible to customize the Cloud server as and when needed and it offers 100% uptime as Cloud servers are setup on a cluster of servers. Also, if you decide to stay on the Cloud but need more resources than offered on our website, we may be able to offer more resources and you may not have to upgrade to a Dedicated server.
