    What are your methods of contact if we ever face an issue? Do you have a phone line, a live chat, or a ticketing system? Just curious, thanks!

      And yes... we do have an online/open forum too, where you can post your queries for our forum members to answer to

          Wow! You guys have a phone number? That's terrific! My last host didn't allow the phone number for technical help, only for sales questions... what thieves!

            Yes, we do offer technical support over the phone, however, if our phone support technicians find the issue to be of Level 2 or Level 3 category, the issue may be escalated to our technical support dept available on live chat and helpdesk to make sure that the issue is resolved in the best possible manner asap.

              That's absolutely correct. Live Chat seems to work better for me when it comes to getting assistance from the technical support guys. It offers a better information sharing capability ie. url's, reference links etc., which isn't possible over the phone. Yes, if you have a sales or billing inquiry, I might sometimes call them up over the phone numbers stated on their site.

              But, all-in-all it often proves useful to have multiple mediums to contact the host.

                Yup I have used it twice in the AM UK time from here in the States. Best thing was I used Skype and UK Toll Free numbers are free with Skype =)
