I am a small hosting reseller having few servers from a some hosting providers. Since, cloud is known for scalability, high performance and greater uptime, I am wondering if cloud can satisfy my clients ?

Nowadays, due to the huge demand for cloud servers they are getting quite costly, and I don't think small businesses will be able to afford it. My personal opinion would be, to increase your client base and then move to the cloud hosting solution, then only you will be able to afford and make some profit from it.
