I am unable to create directory in Wordpress

Hi, What went wrong I don't know but I am not able to create directory in Wordpress. What should I do?

You will also come across a Business WordPress Directory plugin. Are you using any plugin for creating the directory?

Or if it is the case where you are getting the error – ‘Unable to create directory’, you can follow the steps mentioned below:

• Log in to the WordPress admin account
• Go to the ‘Miscellaneous’ settings option present in the ‘Settings’ menu
• In the miscellaneous settings add the wp-content / uploads in the ‘Store uploads in this folder’ text box
• Save the changes made by clicking on the ‘save changes’ button
