Email accounts and back up

Hi

I have a client who is closing his website & email accounts with me BUT thinks there is a chance it will restart again in the new year.

My question: If I create a full back up using the cPanel wizard will I be able to restore his account back in full, including ALL emails in the accounts?

If that isn't how to do it.... can it be done another way?

Hi David !

Yes. The cPanel full backup contains all the data including emails accounts and email messages, databases and all other web stuffs from the user's home directory. Please note that in order to restore that full backup file, you will need to contact support as it cant be done from the cPanel.
