    Re: Backup Support

    Hello Gnome,

Thank you for your interest in our fully managed web hosting solutions.

We offer remote backups storage as an additional service with dedicated servers and VPS. It is based on R1Soft's Continuous Data Protection (CDP) which provide near continuous data protection for all your data. With the R1Soft backup solution we can configure the backups frequency as per our requirements, We can set daily, weekly, every 15 days or even monthly backups. The data can be restored at any point of time as per your requirements. We also offer Bare Metal Restoration with this, the backup takes are incremental backups.

    Refer :

With all our fully managed hosting servers and services we do provide you 24X 7X 365 days unmatchable technical support via Live chat, Phone, Tickets and Emails without any additional cost.

Refer : What does dedicated server management include?

I would request you to kindly help me with the following information to help you with a pertinent solution :

    A) Let me know the hosting platform you would like to prefer, Windows or Linux?
    B) Also let me know the desired specs like OS, Disk Space, RAM, Bandwidth etc.

We are currently offering very good deals on our eUK E3-1231v3 servers, you can avail this limited period offers.

Please feel free to revert if you have any additional queries or concerns.

    Kind Regards,
    Stuart Hancock

Thanks for getting back to me.

In terms of your 24/7 support, what is your customer SLA for this ?

I'm currently on a Linux based Intel 8 core server worth 16gb ram using about 1TB of bandwidth a month (but increasing), what you you recommend as an upgrade ?
