Subdomains

Our primary domain is currently hosted with another company, until the contract ends.

Is it possible to host a subdomain on a reseller account, without affecting the primary account?

As far as I understand it, you primary domain and any subdomain have all got to be hosted in the same place (as they'll all point to the same nameservers). You could however set up a subdomain of your primary domain and redirect it to somewhere on your reseller account.

You are most welcome to host a subdomain as the main domain of your reseller account with us. Please contact our support team and ask them to change the main domain of your reseller account and set the subdomain as the main domain.

As said, this should be possible. All you'll need to do is get an entry added into the DNS for the subdomain in question and point this to the eUK IP address your subdomain will be hosted on.
