Reverse DNS checks rejecting e-mail

E-mails sent to destinations that do a reverse DNS check are being rejected.
The bounce includes (for example):

host mta2.iomartmail.com [62.128.193.152]: 451 4.1.8 Possibly forged hostname for 92.48.118.137

[This example is the return from an EasySpace server and their tech confirms they use rDNS].

Is 'my'/your DNS for my domain set up correctly ?
Can I do something to put it right or is it something eUKhost must do ?

I have raised a ticket but have not got a response yet.
