cPanel returns text page rather than html

When accessing server cPanel on windows 10 using any browser the cpanel login via port 2083 returns a text page with layout but no GUI. Unable to access any panel actions and get thrown back to login screen.

I don't have the problem from home using mac, one of my colleagues using Windows 10 reported this the other day. Any help appreciated please?

Quite strange problem! Try to check .htaccess file, perhaps the presence of apache handler code there might creating the trouble.
