            One of the servers seemed to be running short of resources while the other server has been experiencing very high load. We have shared an update over ticket XNI-496-57631 along with logs. The high load server is under monitoring now to see if the same issue recurs.

              That is correct, but why the high load? When support were monitoring yesterday, they stopped httpd process but the load continued.

                The monitoring has been enabled to find the cause of this. If the load on server happens to spike again, the monitoring system will send out an instant alert to our techs and by examining the pattern then and the logs generated, they would hopefully be able to identify the cause.

                  It keeps crashing - can you see what the problem is yet?

                      There was a slight network problem on 2nd April due to which some services were temporarily unavailable. I suspect the latest instance could have been due to the same network issue. Could you please confirm whether the server has experienced any issues since later half of 2nd April?
