My managed dedicated server is down from 20 hours and no one can solve the problem, a technician he wrote:

We are already working on your server issue. There is a h/w issue with the server due to which its taking more time than anticipated. When you reported the issue after yum upgrade, the server was showing the error in attachment1.

We have tried to boot the server with all available Kernels but its not getting rebooted. We are getting below errors in ILO

"Uncorrectable Machine Check Exception (Board 0, Processor 0, APIC ID 0x00000002, Bank 0x00000002, Status 0xB2000000'00020005, Address 0x00000000'00000000, Misc 0x00000000'00000000)"

Though Christmas celebration is going on, we have our admins working 24x7x365 environment and there is no delay in checking the server issue. We value our customers and working hard to get the server back online.

We will keep you updated in the ticket opened for the issue.
