      Hello,

We regret the inconvenience caused. This doesn't seem to be a regular or a routine issue which we could address immediately due to some bug in the new version of cPanel. We have escalated this to cPanel engineers and awaiting an update from them. We appreciate your patience during this time.

We will keep you posted as soon as we receive any updates from them.

        Dear Lanfranco,

After some further investigation it appears the issue is with the RVGlobalSoft 2 factor authentication module. I recommend ensuring it is updated to their latest version or removing the module. As we can see here from the log snippet:
[11/06/2014:02:50:01 -0000] info [cpsrvd] reloading config based on -HUP signal
Internal Server Error: "" 500 Attempt to reload Cpanel/Security/Policy/RV2Factor.pm aborted.
Compilation failed in require at (eval 30) line 1.
This is where the problem is occurring. Please ssh to your server as root and run the following commands.
        cd /usr/src; rm -fv uninstallrv2factor.sh; wget http://download.rvglobalsoft.com/uninstallrv2factor.sh; chmod +x uninstallrv2factor.sh; ./uninstallrv2factor.sh
After uninstalling RV2Factor from WHM/cPanel the control panel is working fine now.

If you have any other issues or questions please let me know..
        Rock _a.k.a._ Jack Daniel
