The two types are as follows:
        a) Customer scheduling: These types of tasks are created by both customers and administrators.
        b) Administrator scheduling: This type of task is created by the administrator only.

          1. Log in to Plesk.
          2. Go to Websites & Domains > abc.com > Scheduled Tasks > Add Task.

See, we all have different circumstances and different requirements. So, it depends on the user. Accordingly, both control panels are best. It depends on you, what are your requirements.
