cPanel requires the ability to connect to your Plesk server via your defined SSH port to complete any migrations.
      Follow the steps:
      1. Log in to your Plesk panel.
      2. Go to -> Extension -> open Plesk Migrator.
      3. Click on “Start Migration”.
      4. Select cPanel and enter the source server's IP address, root user, root password, and SSH port.
      5. Click on “Prepare Migration”.

Follow the steps to move emails from Plesk to cPanel:
          1. Click on the Mail Importing tool, then click on “Import Mail Messages”.
          2. A popup should appear.
          3. Enter the email and password into the Source email and Source password section.
          4. If you already have a mailbox on Plesk, you can choose to import the emails into an existing mailbox or to create a new Destination email.

The difference between Plesk and cPanel is in the user interface and web servers they support. Plesk user interface is alike the WordPress admin panel and supports both Linux & Windows servers. cPanel has a graphical interface and is compatible with only Linux web servers.

Which Control Panel is more secure?

Both the control panels are secure. But according to me, cPanel is the best. Plesk is best suited for less number of users and for larger number of users cPanel is best. But still, it depends on user to user.
