    Hi there..

    A warm to forums !

Tried locating your account with the email address you have registered on forums & not able to locate your account. Could you confirm the ticket ID you have raised for the issue OR provide me the domain name you are having issues with ? We will investigate the issue further.

Did you look into it, as we seem to have a php code on the site can the hosting company remove it.

I just pulled your website, visited few pages and clicked on your links and didn't get any popups.

You might need to check the website code to make sure it is clean or just scan it and re-upload all data. Before this, a system admin will investigate the site, and remove or temporarily move any content that shouldn't be there.

We will update this thread with further information as it becomes available.

            Hi,

I've scanned the entire website from the server & found nothing suspicious. Here're the logs:
            ----------- SCAN SUMMARY -----------
            Infected files: 0
            Time: 39.866 sec (0 m 39 s)
            ----------- SCAN SUMMARY -----------
Can you update us with the exact popups you're receiving from the Kaspersky antivirus, along with the exact name of the webpage? We'll check if there's any obscure code within it.

I visited your site and it seems clean. I use Trend Micro Titanium and it didn't show any warnings.

In my opinion, in these cases you shouldn't rely on just one antivirus software, no matter how famous it may be. I know that Kasperski is a popular and prestigious company, but - trust me - it has its flaws. You can't expect it to be 100% right all the time. You should do more scans on your site with other security programs (PC Tools, McAfee, G Data etc.).

I second that. It's not about trusting a product or brand based on it's history, but being aware of the daily bugs/holes which are being exploited in any & every product that comes to the market.. be it a site, tool, package or an anti-virus :P I myself use Microsoft's Security Essentials, it's free, light weight & indeed helpful when browsing through vulnerable/injected/infected web pages

As you are saying that you had scanned it before and found no virus than It might happen that the antivirus software doesn't catch that..You should try an different and powerful antivirus software and than scan with that..
