Microsoft Digital ID

Well I'm in outlook, I click options > security > get digital ID to verify the security certificate I have, but the page cannot be displayed.

http://services.msn.com/svcs/oe/cert...09&Version=6.0 is the link I am provided with.

Anybody know any alternate links?
