550 administrative prohibition in Outlook Express

Usually this error occurs when our outgoing server do not recognize as the authorized user of our email account. To fix the error “550 administrative prohibition - relaying not allowed” in your outlook express all we need to do is first check and confirm if the MX record is correct. Then turn on SMTP authentication from Tools >> Accounts, select your email account on the Mail tab and then click Properties.
Once there Click on the Servers tab and there ensure that correct server details are entered in the incoming and outgoing mail server field which is usually mail.domain.com , replace domain name.com with your actual domain name. Also need to make sure that ‘My server requires authentication’ in the Outgoing Mail Server section is check marked, then click OK and then Close to confirm these changes.

Once we follow the above steps correctly it the error will be fixed and it will be working fine.....
