  • WebServerManager::getWebDirs() failed: websrvmng failed: Site domain.com doesn't exist

    Hi,

    I am not able to access the web directories for a domain in Plesk. I am getting following error when I click on web directories.

    "WebServerManager::getWebDirs() failed: websrvmng failed: Site domain.com doesn't exist"
    ---------------------- Debug Info -------------------------------
    0: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\htdocs\domains\webdirs\we bdirs.php:48 psaerror(string "WebServerManager::getWebDirs() failed:
    websrvmng failed: Site domain.com doesn't exist")

    Can you please suggest why I am getting such error ?

    Thanks,

    Rummy

    Hello Rummy,

    This error occurs if the domain is created through Plesk but not present or not configured in IIS. To resolve this issue you need to re-configure the domain using below commands:

    "%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --remove-vhost --vhost-name=domain.com
    "%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --install-vhost --vhost-name=domain.com
    "%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domain.com

    For Example - If the domain name is "exampledomain.com" then use the following procedure -

    1. Go to Start >Run > Cmd> cd %plesk_bin%

    2. Run below commands
    websrvmng.exe --remove-vhost --vhost-name=exampledomain.com
    websrvmng.exe --remove-vhost --vhost-name=exampledomain.com
    websrvmng.exe --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=exampledomain.com

    You should be able to access web directories in Plesk now.

    Thanks & Regards,
    EUK_Sarah
