Yes, you can also take MySQL database backup from Plesk through Database Backup Repository using the same steps outlined above in first reply.
Can you tell me which is the best option to take the MSSQL database backup & restore??? via Plesk or management Studio??

If you have Plesk power pack license, then you can easily manage the MSSQL databases from the Plesk control panel or else SQL management studio is always there for you to manage your MSSQL databases
Note : You must have Plesk Power pack license installed if you want to manage the MSSQL databases through Plesk control panel.
To Back Up MS SQL Database :
- Go to Domains > domain name > Backup Manager -> Database Backup Repository
- Select a check box corresponding to the database you want to back up and click Back Up.
- Specify the name of the backup file and click OK.
To Restore MS SQL Database :
- Go to Domains > domain name > Backup Manager > Database Backup Repository, select the required backup file from the list and click Restore Selected.
- If you do not have the backup file on your server, you can upload the backup file to the server repository from your local PC.
- Confirm the restoration by selecting the corresponding check box and click OK.
