              Hello,

Yes that correct. We no longer use "watch" for server/services monitoring.

The new monitoring, a comprehensive suite, featuring Service and Health Monitoring, ensures that all your network devices, server components, applications, hosted services and security systems are monitored 24/7. Equipped with a rich user friendly interface, it provides a real–time snapshot of availability and uptime statistics, monitoring and detailed analysis of data from switches, routers, servers and any other SNMP–enabled devices. It provides multiple levels of proactive monitoring to ensure your servers have maximum uptime. The 24/7 monitoring service checks the status of key elements of your systems at pre-selected intervals and should any potential problems be detected or performance of any server element falls below the minimum set values, it alerts a team ensuring prevention of downtime.

You can subscribe for this new monitoring system from your billing panel --> Monitoring section.
